Food glorious food! This month we’re jam packed with everything you need to get your seasonal offerings in top shape going into festive season and Veganuary. Intelligent B2B European online marketplace, ShelfNow, have analysed internal data and sales trends to predict what the top Christmas food and beverage trends are likely to be this year.


Star Pubs & Bars has revealed what they feel will be the top food trends for operators to capitalise on, amid rising food inflation – advising pubs to concentrate efforts on premiumising and tiering classic comfort food dishes.


Prepare for Veganuary 2023 — with Central Foods. Veganuary 2022 had the biggest impact yet, with more than 740 new vegan menus added to restaurants and more than 800 new vegan products launched. So now is the time to get ahead and start planning for Veganuary 2023, taking place in January again, as usual.


Fancy owning your own piece of history? A former county hall and court in Caernarfon, North Wales, which has been transformed into a unique theatre, events venue and restaurant, is up for sale. The Old Courthouse, which is Grade I-listed and opposite Caernarfon Castle, a World Heritage site, is being marketed by commercial property estate agent Ernest Wilson with an asking price of £1.3m.
