BrewLDN Is Coming to the Capital in Partnership With Bulleit Frontier Whiskey
From 27th - 29th February, BrewLDN, a new independent beer festival is coming to the Old Truman Brewery in Shoreditch. From the founders of Craft Beer Rising, the festival will bring together 150 of the world’s very best brewers, as well as quality street food and a fantastic music programme, for the ultimate weekend celebration in partnership with Bulleit Frontier Whiskey.
A host of delicious food and drink combinations will be tucked away in the fully immersive space called BrewDining. Guests can take a seat at the Chef’s table where award-winning Bulleit Frontier Whiskey will be showcasing a partnership with traditional Kansas City barbecue connoisseurs, Prairie Fire BBQ. Here we will be offering visitors an unmissable food and cocktail pairing, consisting of the Bulleit Brisket Burger flavoured with sweet Bulleit bourbon, sticky BBQ sauce and secret spices - the ultimate Brisket & Bourbon combination for any whiskey lover. While enjoying this indulgent feast, guests can enjoy a selection of bespoke Bulleit cocktails, including:
Bulleit & Beer - For beer lovers, choose from Bulleit Bourbon, Bulleit Rye or Bulleit 10 and pair with Hop House 13, Guinness Open Gate Brewery Citra IPA or Guinness for an Bulleit Boilermaker.
Bulleit Bold Fashioned - A light, refreshingly tasting yet complex combination of Bulleit Bourbon and Guinness syrup.
Bulleit Beer Sour – A Beer twist on the classic whiskey sour, Bulleit Bourbon, citrus and wheat beer by Guinness Open Gate Brewery
While exploring BrewDining you can pop into the Bulleit Beer Barbers for a ‘Whiskey & Trim’ grooming experience showcasing the finest barber treatments. Here, guests can purchase a treatment from the menu, which is paired with a special Bulleit cocktail. Guests can expect a range of styles to choose from including everything from the goatee to a classic bead trim - with each style being matched with a specific Bulleit cocktail.
For attendees who may not be partial to a dram of whiskey, Villa Ascenti Gin will be teaming up with purveyors of fresh traditional pasta La Nonna, serving carefully curated dishes and delicious gin cocktails.
For those wanting to host their own BBQ and bourbon nights, there will be a shop selling gifts, ideal for any whiskey fanatic. Guests can purchase Bulleit’s sweet Guinness syrup along with Bulleit variants, such as Bulleit Rye, Bulleit 10 and Bulleit Bourbon, for those who want to make their very own Bold Fashioned at home. What’s more, limited Bulleit Wooden Boards will also be available, perfect for serving those delectable BBQ meats to friends and family.
BrewLDN will also feature music acts from DJ Artwork, Greg Wilson, Old Dirty Brasstards, and more celebrated headliners, making this a truly unmissable experience.
