Staying with wine for a moment, our friends at Lanchester Wines share some interesting facts to help you really get under the skin of one of the nation’s favourite tipples – the marvellous Malbec. We round up our preview of Restaurant & Bar Tech Live - Europe's leading event for the technologies driving the profits of restaurants & bars. Taking place on the 19th & 20th of November at the ExCeL London it brings together 15,000 restaurant and bar operators actively looking to streamline their operations, enhance their efficiency and improve customer experience!

Be sure to hit the right note this Christmas! Playing music in your business at Christmas need not mean you have to stick to tradition. You could dare to be different and choose not to play any seasonal music at all; sticking to your regular choices. Whatever music you choose to play this festive season, remember to make sure you are correctly licensed to play music to your customers and employees.

Brockmans the gin ‘Like No Other’ bring us two martinis, one featuring chocolate and the other coffee. Whether these are served early in the evening to set the sophisticated and fun tone of the night ahead, or to sensuously complete a perfect night for your guests, these cocktails are bound to please.

Cheers
