Growing Customer Demand Prompts Hire of Experienced Events Industry Specialist
Leading event furniture hire business Europa International has announced the addition of experienced events industry specialist Shen Aril Salih to its account handling team amidst growing demand for its services from new and existing customers.
Indicative of the family-run firm’s ongoing commitment to delivering excellence to its client base, Shen brings with her more than 10 years’ complimentary expertise in the music industry during which she was dedicated to hiring out drum kits to major artists, concerts and festivals.
Joining Europa with immediate effect she will act as a vital link between the firm and its customers – helping to understand client's goals and ambitions whilst working closely with the wider accounts team to ensure the successful delivery of all orders.
Founded in 1961 Europa is a family-run business which specialises in delivering and installing furniture packages for the events industry in the United Kingdom and further afield.
The latest hire announcement comes amidst one of the firm’s most successful years to date and cements its ongoing commitment to putting customer service at the heart of all that it does.
