eCatering look into online product support options and expands product range for 2018

eCatering, one of the UK’s Leading and Lowest Price Online Catering Equipment Suppliers are investigating the option of providing customers with a new offering later this year. The company, which already boast a wide range of products, has decided to look at the option of adding product materials, hints and tips online in an effort to help further support customers. These may include product operation videos online, manual’s, training manuals and service videos to ensure that customers get the most from their purchases. These will be for the larger units such as Fridges, Freezers, Refrigerated Counters, Dishwashers, Mixers and more. eCatering’s Marketing Manager, Mike Morris, said “Customers already have access to our Live Chat facility for help and our call centre, but we want our customers to be able to find hints, tips and information regarding their bigger purchases more easily online. That’s why it’s important that we provide after sales information to ensure the products they buy are kept in the best condition for their busy establishments”.

They are also expanding their product ranges for 2018.

In addition to increasing many of its products already, including new supplier ranges from Bartscher, Smeg, Teikos, Blizzard and Sharp, they are also expanding into new and innovative products such as Induction Fryers which for 2018.

Only in the last few weeks, the range of cookers and 4 / 6 burner gas hobs has almost doubled. There has been more choice for customers added in Convection and Combi ovens and seemingly, it’s not going to stop there.
