eCatering look into online product support options and expands product range for 2018

The company, which already boast a wide range of products, has decided to look at the option of adding product materials, hints and tips online in an effort to help further support customers. These may include product operation videos online, manual’s, training manuals and service videos to ensure that customers get the most from their purchases. These will be for the larger units such as Fridges, Freezers, Refrigerated Counters, Dishwashers, Mixers and more. eCatering’s Marketing Manager, Mike Morris, said “Customers already have access to our Live Chat facility for help and our call centre, but we want our customers to be able to find hints, tips and information regarding their bigger purchases more easily online.
