Backyard Cinema are teaming up with Ministry of Sound's, 'Ministry Does Fitness' for one

Ministry of Sound’s fitter sister, Ministry Does Fitness, is teaming up with Backyard Cinema for a day of Disco and Surf's Up Yoga and Backyard Body Blitz classes at ‘Miami Beach’!

Yogis will feel the sand between their toes as they downward dog to the Miami sun rising (on a cinema screen). Miami Beach bods will be put to the test in the body blitz HIIT workout sessions. Classes are priced at £15 per person, expect serious disco lights, plus a mega-set from Ministry of Sound live DJs, all set on the beach. A 70s affair, this is a beach party you won't forget. Connect to your breath and the beat of the music: this is a yoga flow with a creative spin. Disco flow will leave you feeling strong and supercharged for your Saturday.

11AM Surf's Up Yoga: Totally awesome Dude! In Surf’s Up Yoga, we empower by moving to the wave of our breath. And guess what? Surfing is much the same! Go with the flow and surrender with this creative and strong practise that'll leave you feeling connected and free. BACKYARD BODY BLITZ: 12PM & 1PM
