The Bartenders’ Favourite Gin Brand Launches Tanqueray 0.0% Alcohol Free Spirit
Today (22/2/21) sees the launch of Tanqueray 0.0%, an alcohol free spirit from the creators of Tanqueray, the bartenders’ top choice of gin. Alcohol free and low alcohol choices are expected to deliver 23% of total adult drinks growth over the next three years, with Tanqueray 0.0% bringing a delicious addition to the market for those not willing to compromise on taste or experience.
Consumers are looking for more choice at home, meaning the alcohol free and low alcohol category is currently worth £150m RSV in the UK off-trade. Diageo is committed to driving innovation within the category and most recently introduced Gordon’s 0.0% alcohol free spirit, bolstering the Gordon’s portfolio and it is already the top selling alcohol free spirit in the off trade.
Tanqueray 0.0% has been crafted using the same distinct blend of quality botanicals used in the making of Tanqueray London Dry gin including: piney juniper, peppery coriander, aromatic angelica and sweet liquorice. Individually immersed in water, the botanicals are heated and then distilled to deliver the complex yet refreshing taste that Tanqueray is famous for.
Founded in Bloomsbury, London in 1830; Tanqueray has always been driven by the founder, Charles Tanqueray’s, spirit for exploration and innovation. Tanqueray 0.0% joins a celebrated portfolio which includes: Tanqueray London Dry, Tanqueray No. Ten, Tanqueray Rangpur, Tanqueray Flor De Sevilla, Tanqueray Blackcurrant Royale and several other limited editions.

Tanqueray 0.0% is also a low-calorie option, with only 6kcals per 50ml. This is not inclusive of tonics as they vary considerably. The RRP for Tanqueray 0.0% is £16 per 70cl bottle.
