Pink Martinis for World Cocktail Day With Kwai Feh Lychee Liqueur

“…Kwai Feh Lychee Liqueur - one of those drinks that is top quality…” – Bar Manager, Harvey Nichols

It’s World Cocktail Day on May 13. Bartenders often think only of using spirits as the starting point for cocktails, but it doesn’t have to be that way. Entice your guests with martinis where Kwai Feh Lychee Liqueur is the hero.

This deliciously delicate liqueur is listed by many top bars. One of these is the Fifth Floor Bar at Harvey Nichols, Knightsbridge. Kwai Feh is recommended by Ivan Romano, Bar Manager, and his colleague Jovan, who runs masterclasses at the iconic Fifth Floor Bar. They love to serve this liqueur in a martini.

Ivan Romano of Harvey Nichols, Knightsbridge, said: “This is one of our most popular cocktails here at Harvey Nichols, Knightsbridge. To make a lychee martini, we only use the best ingredients and consider Kwai Feh Lychee Liqueur to be one of those drinks that is top quality, and which therefore works for our cocktails.”
