Dunnet Bay Distillers Set To Launch Rock Rose Gin Spring Edition 2022
Dunnet Bay Distillers, the eco-friendly Scottish gin and vodka company, will launch its 2022 Rock Rose Gin Spring Edition to the trade in the first week of March.
The UK mainland's most northerly distillery produces multi-award-winning Rock Rose Gin Original as well its four seasonal editions and other variations.
Rock Rose Spring Edition is a limited edition, hand-made batch of gin using ingredients foraged from the local area, on the pristine coastline of Scotland.
It is a cool, refreshing, hand-made spirit including coltsfoot, for sweetness; wild gorse flowers, which introduce a distinctive coconut note; and dandelion, which balances the sweetness with earthy, liquorice notes. Cardamom and water mint notes are enhanced to help balance the ingredients and bring an exciting freshness.
The Spring Edition 2022 will be available in a ceramic, wax-sealed 70cl bottle, a miniature 5cl bottle, or a 70cl fully recyclable refill pouch.
The recommended G&T serve is garnished with fresh coriander or gorse flowers.
