ARC Inspirations Launches New Plant-Based Menus To Celebrate Veganuary

Premium bar operator Arc Inspirations has launched plant-based dedicated menus across its venues to champion Veganuary 2022.

Now available across all 18 sites located in the North of England, brands BOX, Manahatta and Banyan have each partnered with some of the best suppliers in the UK to bring an exciting and varied food selection that is vegan friendly, including balanced power bowls, fully loaded burgers and fragrant curry dishes.

Veganuary has inspired and supported more than half a million people to try going vegan during 2021 – with participants from over 200 countries and territories*, encouraging people to be more environmentally conscious by adopting a plant-based lifestyle for the month of January.

Manahatta’s menu will feature the industry leading Beyond burger which comes fully loaded with Oumph! vegan protein, plant-based cheese and chipotle mayonnaise. This decadent dish can still be enjoyed guilt-free as Beyond prides themselves on producing healthy meat substitutes that are free from soy, GMOs, hybrid foods, and refined sugar. Manahatta’s BBQ nachos can be devoured knowing that they are making a limited climate impact. Topped with Oumph! vegan protein, which is one of the most sustainable meat substitutes out there, with vegan cheese, spicy jalapenos and zesty salsa.

Banyan’s menu will include a Tofu Revitalise Bowl – a nourishing mix of butternut squash, red and golden beets, avocado and quinoa. For a heartier option, there’s also the Meatless Meatball Melt, topped with melted vegan cheeze and spicy marinara sauce and the South Indian Curry featuring an array of vegetables and Indian spices.

BOX’s menu features a game-changing “Not” Dog, which comes fully loaded with jalapenos, ketchup and mayo, served on a brioche bun. This is supplied by Moving Mountains who are known for their authentic meat substitutes which taste exactly like the real thing. Their meat-free “Meatball” Pizza, topped with melted mozzarella, San Marzano tomatoes and caramelised onion, is also set to be the perfect option for beginner vegans looking to try something new. Finally, customers can try a tasty vegan dessert courtesy of fellow Leeds based suppliers with the Brown and Blonde Lotus Biscoff Brownie, topped with Northern Bloc salted caramel dairy-free ice cream.

Martin says “We’ve always championed Vegan dishes on our menus and we recognise the importance of providing plant-based options for our guests. We wanted to take one step further by creating our first ever Vegan dedicated menu to kick off the New Year. It’s important for us to cater to all of our audiences and we’ll be continuing to listen to the demands of our customers to further innovate our menu choices.”

All food is 50% off (on selected days, when you prebook your table) throughout January.
