This spring, Gin Mare and Eneko Basque Kitchen & Bar has relaunched their Mediterranean oasis of botanicals and freshness with a new menu and cocktail masterclasses. The Mediterranean gin brand has re-partnered with Eneko to give Londoners the chance to learn how to mix cocktails like the professionals and enjoy Gin Mare cocktails, paired with traditional Basque pintxos.
This month Eneko Basque Kitchen & Bar unveiled their bar-side ‘Garnish Garden’, now with the addition of citrus fruits and herbs to bring guests straight into spring. All cocktails are served ungarnished allowing guests to select their chosen garnish from the living wall and personalise their cocktail.
Perfect for friends or for a Mother’s Day treat, mixologist, Pedro Paulo, will be hosting intimate cocktail masterclasses for up to 9 people, from 4pm-5pm, every Saturday from 14th March - 28th March). At these events, guests will be given the top tips from a professional on how to curate the perfect Gin Mare cocktail, which can then be enjoyed with a mini pintxo dish hand-crafted by Head Chef, Jose Jara.
Each pintxo offers a true taste of the Basque Country and contains ingredients inspired by the Gin Mare botanicals, Arbequina olives, thyme, rosemary and basil.
The entire menu can be enjoyed as a casual dining experience or can be relished alongside a Spring Citrus Experience in the One Aldwych Health Club. Created to revitalise and energise the skin, guests can enjoy a 45-minute Radiance Booster facial and 30-minute energy-boosting body scrub. Both treatments will provide a much-needed vitamin C boost thanks to the Natura Bissé C+C range, with any signs of winter fatigue replaced with a hydrated, glowing complexion.

Sea Spritz - Gin Mare, limoncello, lemon juice, basil and thyme syrup, cava, and soda water
Beef Tartare pintxo - Beef Tartare, topped with an anchovy emulsion, pickled mushrooms and rosemary ash
Garratza - Gin Mare, Rioja, pineapple juice, lemon juice, sugar syrup and ginger cordial
Traditional Mini Talo pintxo - Crispy corn talo, heritage tomatoes, basil emulsion and black olive powder (v)
Medtini - Gin Mare, Tio Pepe sherry, Italicus Rosolio Bergamot Liqueur, vinegar, Aria di Mare aroma
Mini Bay of Biscay pintxo - Hand-dived scallop, chives and a thyme butter foam
Cocktail and mini pintxo pairings are priced at £15, with the Medtini & Mini Bay of Biscay pairing priced at £18.

The Spring Citrus Experience is priced at £140.00 per person and includes your choice of cocktail and pintxo pairing.
