Be sure to head over to stand D16 where WMF and its innovative Fresh Filtered Coffee technology, will be showcasing their 1500 S+ and 5000 S+ automatic speciality machines.
The German coffee machine manufacturer is bringing together the best features of two different worlds – making it possible to produce both coffee specialities and fresh filtered coffee using a single machine. The revolutionary technology is based on a bean-to-cup brewing cycle that is able to accommodate both popular speciality beverages and fresh filtered coffee. For each cup, the machine starts by freshly grinding and brewing a café crème or espresso; this is then filtered in the patented filter capsule and dispensed. This process removes any sediment or oils, allowing the fresh filtered coffee to develop its characteristic aromatic taste. And to make everything even more convenient for users, there is a choice of different milk systems: Dynamic Milk, Easy Milk or Basic Milk, so coffee specialities and fresh filtered coffee can both be produced and served with milk.
There is also the Summer Drinks Pavilion - “Soft drinks are probably the single biggest growth and profit opportunity for the hospitality industry today!” Say many top beverage industry figures. But they then also say: “We are not paying enough attention to our range or doing enough to promote them!” The key drivers are reduced alcohol consumption, health concerns, adult drinkers who want a more premium offer, innovation from the drink companies and increasing discernment about the quality and flavour of the ingredients by all. That is why we have introduced a Soft Drinks Pavilion. The show is in May perfectly timed for visitors to take advantage of the HOT SUMMER by enhancing their chilled drinks offering. They will also be able to sample some delicious cold drinks in the Soft Drinks Sampling Station, run in association with the BII, from:
