Nominations now open for 2018 Operations Managers Awards

Nominations are now open for the 2018 Operations Managers Awards, the annual competition to identify the best in the hospitality sector.

The Operations Managers Awards identifies and celebrates outstanding individuals managing multi-site business in both the managed and leased sectors of hospitality.

The Awards are unique within the sector and recognise the skill, professionalism and flair the best operations managers bring to a wide range of licensed retail businesses.

Operations Managers Awards founder Nick Bish said: “I am excited to be once again kicking off the process to recognise and celebrate some of our best leaders at what is a very challenging time for the sector.

“Operations Managers are vital to the success of their hard-working and professional licensees, and crucial to the inventive and exciting companies that drive the growth and reputation of our industry.

“The Operations Managers Awards gives the best and brightest in our sector a chance to shine and impress our panel of expert judges and I am looking forward to seeing what they have to offer.”

Nominations can be made online now at www.opsawards.org.uk, with entry papers to be submitted before 28 May.

The top 20 nominees will become Finalists, spending a day in the field with a mentor judge before the finals judging - rigorous interviews with separate panels of leading industry professionals which test the finalists’ knowledge, insight and potential. The Finalists will also attend the challenging and stimulating Ops MasterClass between 17 – 19 July.

The winners of the 2018 Operations Managers Awards will be announced at a gala ceremony on 15 October
