2017 ALMR Late Night Awards – nominations open

The ALMR is pleased to announce that nominations for the fifth annual ALMR Late Night Awards are now open.

The six categories in which the awards will recognise the best in the dynamic late-night sector are:

Best Late Night Food Best Late Night Drink Best Late Night Entertainment Best Service & Team Development Best Marketing & Promotions Best New Late Night Venue

For the fourth year in a row, the ALMR will return to the lavish surroundings of London’s Café de’ Paris, for the most glamorous night in the late-night calendar.

The Awards will be given out at the annual Dusk ‘til Dawn event on Monday 9 October and will follow the Bar and Nightclub Conference held at BAFTA, Piccadilly Circus in association with Propel.

ALMR Chief Executive Kate Nicholls said: “The UK’s late-night sector encompasses so many varied and innovative businesses from nightclubs to restaurants and incorporating a fantastic, dynamic range of entertainment from live music to cabaret.

“The ALMR’s Late Night Awards is an annual celebration of this fantastic sector and we are once again looking forward to welcoming the best to Café de Paris.

“The nominations are open to both ALMR members and non-members and we are encouraging businesses to get involved and celebrate the venues that contribute so much both culturally and economically.

“The late-night economy, particularly the UK’s nightclubs, are some of the best in the world and we have a great deal of which to be proud. This is a fantastic opportunity to spotlight some of the best we have to offer and I encourage everyone to nominate those people whose efforts and talents most deserve recognition in pioneering the night-time offer.”

Nominations can be made online before the deadline on Friday 8 September.
