Tŷ Nant Official Water Supplier to the UK Film Centre at Cannes Film Festival


Tŷ Nant is proud to announce their involvement as the official water supplier to the UK Film Centre at the 2017 Cannes Film Festival. 2017 marks the 70th anniversary of the exquisite Cannes Film Festival, which will be taking place from the 17th to the 28th May at the Palais des Festivals et Congres; a venue expressly constructed for the occasion.

Cannes Film Festival provides a phenomenal international platform for film, commerce and the UK Film Centre will be pivotal to the high-profile activities during the two week film extravaganza. The festival attracts movie stars, film producers and directors, alongside previews of new films of all genres and documentaries from around the world.

Tŷ Nant natural mineral water's award winning plastic Ripple bottles, the outstanding creation by Ross Lovegrove, will be available to quench the thirst of attendees of the UK Film Centre throughout the festival, along with Tŷ Nant's iconic cobalt blue and crimson red glass bottles reserved for film directors, actors and VIP guests during talent talks and seminars.

Andrea Skinner from The UK Film Centre comments on selecting Tŷ Nant as bottled water of choice for the 2nd year: “We are delighted to have Tŷ Nant as our water sponsor for the Uk Film Centre again this year. Cannes Film Festival is a key event on the film calendar and will deliver festival news, views along with award outcomes to this invitation-only, star-studded event.

UK Film Centre at Cannes

The UK Film Centre will be in Cannes from the 17th May until the 26th at Pavilion 119 of the International Village Riviera. For international and UK delegates, the centre is open daily from 9am – 6pm, showcasing UK films, hosting topical events and acting as an information point for the UK film industry.

Our UK Film Centre partners include the British Film Institute (BFI), the British Film Commission (BFC), British Council, Creative Scotland, Film London and Northern Ireland Screen. In association with the UK government's GREAT campaign.
